How to make a request

to your VA provider

  • Step 1

    SUBMIT REQUEST TO VA PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER

    At your next visit or via My HealtheVet app, ask your Primary Care Provider or Specialist if these devices are right for you. Sample scripts, PDFs, & device website info below to help you

  • STEP 2

    PROVIDER SUBMITS VA ORDER

    If approved, your clinician completes the VA prescribing steps and justification. Orders typically route through VA Prosthetics Sensory Aids Service (PSAS) or Community Care, per facility process.

  • STEP 3

    GOLDEN SHORE VENTURES SUPPORT

    The team at Golden Shore Ventures is committed to helping you through the device REQUEST process. This can include providing research documents, encouragement, and contact information for your patient advocate if necessary.

  • Step 4

    DELIVERY AND ACTIVATION

    Once approved, the device is shipped. You'll receive training (if necessary) and therapy activation, with ongoing support for usage and renewals.

When requesting the eNeura Migraine Device, feel free to copy/paste the following in your My HealtheVet app message to provide all necessary information to your physician:

“Hello, I am interested in starting eNeura sTMS SAVI Dual Migraine Therapy, a non-invasive, migraine treatment device that is FDA cleared to treat recurring and emerging migraines. It is already on contract with the VA and allows me to use the device from home. Please consider adding this to my plan of care.
